INTERVIEW DETAILS:

 Interview date: 24th August 2024, Saturday
Interview time: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Venue: Plant no 12, Gate no 4.  TCS Wellspring, Godrej& Boyce Industry Estate, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400079 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10 + 2 + 3 )
• Non-Technical Graduation in any stream

Skill & Responsibilities:

·      Excellent communication skills (Written / Verbal)

·      Willingness to work in 24 / 7 support including night, early morningshifts

·      Comfortable to work from office

·      Should have exposure to International customer base

·      Need to address customer queries over live chat / messaging

The purpose of this job role is to handle chat / messaging conversations byproviding end to end support on topics related to Telco (Customer service,Technical support, Sales etc). 

By doing this, theindividual need to maintain its KPIs / KRAs on customer experience & efficiencies
